Refund and returns policy
This Refunds and Returns Policy regulates the conditions under which Maletas Técnicas Boxfort S.L. accepts returns, refunds and claims related to purchases made through our online store.
This policy distinguishes between consumer customers (B2C) and professionals or companies (B2B), as the applicable regulations and return conditions may vary depending on the type of customer.
1. Scope of application
Aquesta política s’aplica a totes les compres realitzades a través de la botiga online de Boxfort.
- Consumer customers (B2C): current regulations on the right of withdrawal apply.
- Professional customers (B2B): returns are subject to the specific conditions indicated in this document.
2. Standard products and customized products
2.1. Customized products
Customized products are considered to be those that are custom-made or modified according to the customer’s instructions, including custom foam interiors, special sizes, screen printing or specific configurations.
These products do not accept returns or refunds, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error attributable to Boxfort.
2.2. Standard products
- Consumers (B2C): have 14 calendar days from receipt to exercise the right of withdrawal on non-personalized products.
- Professionals (B2B): Returns are only accepted in the event of a manufacturing defect or order error.
Under no circumstances will returns of products used or manipulated beyond what is necessary to verify their condition be accepted.
3. Claim deadlines
3.1. Damage during transport
Any incident related to visible or hidden damage during transport must be reported within a maximum period of 48 hours from receipt of the product, attaching photographs of the packaging and contents.
3.2. Manufacturing defects or ordering errors
The customer has 7 calendar days from receipt of the product to report manufacturing defects or errors in the order. Once this period has elapsed, it will be understood that the product has been accepted in its current state.
4. Condicions del producte per admetre devolució
For a return to be accepted, the product must be in:
- Perfect condition and no signs of use beyond the minimum product check.
- Original packaging whenever possible.
- Complete, with all accessories and elements included in the initial shipment.
Boxfort reserves the right to refuse the return or apply a depreciation in the event that the product arrives damaged, incomplete or with signs of misuse.
5. Return procedure
- Prior request: the customer must contact Boxfort through our email address (bustia@box-fort.com) indicating: order number, product reference, reason for return and photographs if applicable.
- Authorization: Boxfort will review the request and confirm if the return is appropriate. No product will be accepted without prior authorization.
- Shipping:
- In the event of a consumer’s withdrawal → the customer assumes the return costs.
- In the event of a defect or error attributable to Boxfort → Boxfort assumes the costs.
The shipment must be made with the carrier that the customer considers appropriate, unless otherwise indicated.
- Reception and review: Boxfort will verify the condition of the product within a period of up to 5 working days.
6. Reemborsaments
Once the return is accepted, Boxfort will make the refund within a maximum period of 7 days from receipt and validation of the product.
The refund will be made through:
- The same payment method used in the purchase, or
- Bank transfer, if requested or if it is not possible to use the original method.
The refund will include the amount of the product and, if applicable, the initial shipping costs according to current regulations.
7. Exclusions
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Personalized or custom-made products (except for defects or errors attributable to Boxfort).
- Products with signs of use, damage or improper handling.
- Returns outside the established deadlines.
- Products without prior authorization for return.
