General Contracting Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products through the online store of Maletas Técnicas Boxfort S.L. (hereinafter, “Boxfort”). Browsing and purchasing products through this website implies acceptance of these conditions by the user.

In the event of a discrepancy between these conditions and the regulations applicable to consumers, the latter will prevail.

2. Scope of application

These conditions regulate the contractual relationship between Boxfort and:

• Consumer customers (B2C) – protected by consumer regulations.
• Professional clients (B2B) – subject only to these conditions and commercial legislation.

 

3. Products

3.1. Standard products

Standard products are those included in the general Boxfort catalog and not modified at the customer’s request.

3.2. Customized products

Customized products are considered to be those manufactured to measure or modified according to the customer’s specifications (custom foam interiors, special sizes, screen printing, specific configurations, etc.).

Personalized products cannot be returned or refunded, except in the event of a manufacturing defect or error attributable to Boxfort.

 

4. Purchase process

1. Product selection: the user adds the products to the cart.
2. Formalization of the order: the user provides billing and shipping information.
3. Payment: The order is only considered confirmed once payment is received.
4. Confirmation: Boxfort will send a confirmation email with a summary of the purchase.

 

5. Prices and taxes

• All prices are shown with VAT included.
• Shipping costs will be displayed before completing the purchase.
• Boxfort reserves the right to modify prices, but confirmed orders remain at the agreed price.

 

6. Payment methods

Available payment methods are indicated during the purchase process and may include: bank card, transfer, PayPal or other authorized gateways.

Orders paid for by transfer may require manual verification before being processed.

 

7. Shipments

• Shipments are made through specialized carriers.
• Indicative delivery times will be shown during purchase.
• Boxfort is not responsible for delays attributable to the carrier or due to force majeure.

In the event of receiving a damaged package, the customer must notify us within a maximum of 48 hours.

8. Refunds and Returns Policy

Returns are governed by our Refunds and Returns Policy.

• Consumers (B2C): 14-day right of withdrawal on non-personalized products.
• Professionals (B2B): returns only due to manufacturing defect or order error.
• Personalized products: no returns allowed (except for defects).

9. Guarantees

Consumers have a 3-year legal warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with current regulations. This warranty does not cover wear and tear due to use, misuse, improper handling or damage resulting from transport not reported within the established period.

Professional customers (B2B) will enjoy the commercial guarantee that Boxfort can offer in each case.

10. Responsibility

Boxfort will not be responsible for:

• Improper use of the products sold.
• Damage caused by incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications or poor maintenance.
• Delays in deliveries due to causes beyond the company’s control (carrier, external incidents, etc.).

11. Intellectual property

Tots els continguts del lloc web (imatges, textos, logotips, documents, dissenys…) estan protegits per drets de propietat intel·lectual i industrial. Queda prohibida la seva reproducció, distribució o ús sense autorització expressa.

12. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Spanish law.
In case of conflict:

• Consumers (B2C): they are subject to the courts and tribunals of the consumer’s domicile.
• Professionals (B2B): they submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, ​​expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
